Perris Raceway is considered the oldest Motorcycle track in California still operating today. The boulder filled hillside the Perris track is built against gives the raceway a trademark look of sorts, and it is even said that one of the orginal owners of the raceway still lives in the house on the hill above the track.

The track was recently purchased by former Motocross champions Rick Johnson & Sebastian Tortelli, has undergone renovations, and currently holds daytime / nighttime practice and races on a meticulously maintained course that has it's layout changed every few months. A small beginner level course was recently added to the facility as well.
